Save yourself from heavy carrying on construction sites! No matter if you work on new buildings or restructuring: the mini construction lift can be applied nearly everywhere! These are some examples for the possible application of our mini construction lift.
A small support foot is used for mounting the construction mini-lift on a scaffold (included).
The small support foot is mounted below the front. This ensures the load transfer to the scaffold.
Windows are delivered to the lower floors without switching the setup of the mini construction lift.
The balcony door frame is pulled over the scaffold. Now loosen the straps – the rest is a piece of cake.
Thanks to special brushes (white), the valuable surfaces of your goods stay unharmed.
The lashing strap is fastened on props. Therefore, the mini construction lift lies safely on the scaffold.
In this situation, the construction lift is placed on the scaffold, the rear legs are folded in. A lashing strap is added on the rear to avoid tipping. Squared timber is added to the front to ensure a good load transfer. The lashing strap is fixed on the props, ensuring a safe mounting.
The mini lift Flipper can even be used in finished rooms with carpeting and windows. Thanks to special brushes, the surfaces stay unharmed.
Windows were installed in a commercial hall with offices. Even here, the mini construction lift could be used. The window panes were not large, but there were many of them. Thus, we lifted several panes at once. Cork protected the panes, even in horizontal position.
The construction lift is also suitable for easily breakable glass. In this example, a lift-up sliding door was installed on the first floor. Four month later, the glass pane had to be exchanged due to damage. The new glass pane weighs 95 kg and cannot be transported through the staircase – the Flipper construction lift transported the new pane and removed the old, damaged one in only 20 minutes, including installation and removal of the lift.
In this situation, the scaffold is lower than the floor. Through removing the upper scaffolding pole, a safe installation is possible.
For this project, we could park under the loggia and lift the doors immediately up and inside.
13 acoustic doors (65 kg each) and 55 chipboard doors (30 kg each) were delivered that day.
One worker downstairs, one upstairs, and all doors could be lifted to their destination. The construction lift lifted 2 acoustic doors or 5 chipboard doors at once.
For this project, 280 doors should be installed. The lift of the apartment house was out of order, the doors had to be installed on the third floor. No problem for the mini construction lift!
Here, the loggia was so narrow that the doors had to be lifted upright. Still, 32 chipboard doors and 4 fire-resistant doors (65 kg each) could easily be transported to the first floor within 2 hours.
